Job summary

Wilsonart LLC is seeking a Team Leader II to provide leadership for a production department, ensuring schedules and customer commitments are met. The role acts as the liaison between crew and management, guiding shift activities and addressing issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to train teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of prior leadership experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach shifts while maintaining safety.
• Strong verbal and written communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals and priorities for shift/crew.
• Supervise production flow and staffing schedules.
• Provide training oversight and ensure back-ups for critical roles.
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance; communicate with internal/external customers.
