Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and execute engineering projects that improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and cost efficiency in our North Carolina facility. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and CI teams to translate technical challenges into practical, measurable business results.

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with capital projects and equipment installations.
Lean Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Lead capital and improvement projects end-to-end.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate status to stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Provide technical guidance to Operations and Engineering teams.
