The role emphasizes Lean principles and continuous improvement. You will lead safety, training, and performance management while collaborating with other departments to meet customer demand and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience may substitute for 1 year of degree.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted in place of degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements.
• Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions.
• Assist in developing and orienting new team members.
• Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives.
• Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members' feedback and suggestions.
• Communicate relevant business information and updates to team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders.
