Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, operations, engineering.
• MBA and/or advanced procurement qualifications preferred.
• Significant procurement experience in innovation sourcing, external manufacturing, commercialization, ingredients, packaging, CAPEX, or related categories.
• Strong experience working in cross-functional environments supporting new product development, commercialization, or launch execution.
• Experience leading people, ideally including managers or senior individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation procurement support across assigned innovation initiatives and the broader business unit portfolio.
• Oversee and develop a team of managers, providing direction, coaching, prioritization support, and leadership across the innovation portfolio.
• Partner with brand and cross-functional teams to understand pipeline priorities, product requirements, timing, and supplier capability needs.
• Serve as a senior procurement leader across the innovation portfolio, ensuring strong coordination across stakeholders and timely execution of procurement deliverables.
• Inform strategy by connecting business priorities, supplier capability, commercialization needs, and execution realities.
• Remove barriers, clarify trade-offs, and help teams work through complex business, sourcing, and execution challenges.
