Job summary

AV seeks a Sr Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst to bridge manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT. You will gather and prioritize requirements for PLM, ERP, MRP, and MES and translate them into actionable user stories and specs.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, drive process improvements, and support system upgrades, integrations, and testing. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis or manufacturing systems (ERP/MES/PLM/MRP).
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for PLM, ERP, MRP, and MES.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Develop data, workflow, and reporting requirements and ensure traceability.
