Job summary

Apptronik is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Systems to build and lead a team responsible for PLM, MES, Quality, and related business systems that connect engineering to the shop floor. You will own strategy, roadmap, and team performance, balancing rapid delivery with long-term system integrity in a fast-growing robotics environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise systems leadership experience in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
• Proven track record of leading PLM, MES, QMS, or ERP implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Strong vendor management and system integration experience, including ERP/PLM interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems projects for engineering and manufacturing.
• Direct PLM, MES, and Quality systems implementations and improvements.
• Own design-to-build data thread from engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM and routings.
