Job Title: PLM Business Analyst (PLM BA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management processes, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams to drive PLM strategy, process optimization, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to PLM systems.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align PLM processes.
• Support EBOM/MBOM, Change Management, and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define as-is and to-be processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for PLM configuration, integration (ERP/MES), and data migration.
• Develop business cases, process documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Support UAT, training, and post-implementation activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as PLM Business Analyst or functional consultant.
• Strong knowledge of PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, etc.).
• Experience with BOM Management (EBOM/MBOM), Change Management, and NPI.
• Understanding of ERP integration and enterprise data flow.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
