Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a Production Business Analyst to bridge Production and IT, translating manufacturing needs into documented processes and functional specs. You will focus on ERP, PLM/MES, and Atlassian tools to optimize operations across the shop floor and supply chain.

The role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing modules, data mapping, and process documentation, with close collaboration across production, IT, and vendors to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering production requirements from stakeholders and translating into functional specs.
• Experience supporting ERP/MES implementations in manufacturing environments.
• Strong documentation and mapping skills for workflows and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements across ERP, PLM/MES, and collaboration platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between Production Groups and IT, ensuring requirements translate into specifications and roadmaps.
• Map current and future production workflows, data flows, and processes across manufacturing systems including inventory management and scheduling.
• Support design, testing, and deployment of system integrations between ERP, PLM/MES, Atlassian tools, and other production platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing plans, execution, and defect tracking for production-focused system enhancements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials for production staff.
