Job summary

Hyve Solutions in the United States is seeking a Supervisor Manufacturing to lead daily production operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage a team, coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain, and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a BS in manufacturing or related field, 3–5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 in supervision, strong lean and ERP knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, ensuring safety, quality, and schedules.
• Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
• Monitor production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and personnel challenges.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations and product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, quality data).
• Enforce GMP and safety regulations; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new manufacturing personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
