Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in consumer electronics or Printed Boards industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and environmental sustainability practices.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, and talent development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for manufacturing and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with the company’s mission and values; refine processes for maximum efficiency.
• Create production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet demand while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures; establish standards and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate with supply chain to manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for a reliable, sustainable supply chain.
• Control manufacturing costs by identifying savings opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements; ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing and innovative technologies.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks to ensure resilient operations.
