Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift and manages direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant manufacturing processes and audits.
• Plans production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and material supply.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Ensures practices comply with company requirements and meet ISO standards.
