Hyve Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to manage a single department or shift in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee ISO-compliant manufacturing, ensure quality control, and drive timely production schedules while leading a team and collaborating across functions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a background in manufacturing; minimum four years preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductors is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a department or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant manufacture and cost-effective production.
• Plans schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials.
• Allocates manpower and develops area-specific procedures.
• Interacts with subordinates and peers to exchange information.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and non-exempt staff.
