Anduril Industries in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure quality across design, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will drive data-driven quality improvements and engage with cross-functional teams to meet stringent standards.

Relocation to Waltham, MA is involved; candidates must have ISO/AS9100 experience and a strong ownership mindset to lead continuous improvement and supplier quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
• 5+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environment.
• Knowledge of core quality tools: FMEA, RCCA/8D, Change Management, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with metrology tools/instruments.
• Experience with electro-mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers and service to boost reliability across the lifecycle.
• Lead QMS compliance and AS9100 certification efforts.
• Develop and improve KPIs for product quality across the organization.
• Utilize data-driven methods to evaluate quality and reliability (suppliers, manufacturing, field).
• Support and enhance internal tracking tools for supplier inbound, in-process, and field quality issues.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support development and sustainment of supplier inspection programs.
• Contribute to supplier evaluation, qualification and performance.
• Manage containment, audit, and disposition of quality escapes or defective material.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define the roadmap ensuring QC in incoming material inspection and test plans.
