Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to join our team, initially in Lexington, MA and relocating to Waltham, MA. You will ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams on QA protocols.

The role requires expertise in quality management systems within regulated environments, and strong analytical, problem-solving skills to drive quality initiatives and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems.
• 5+ years experience in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical devices.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environments.
• FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with metrology tools and instruments.
• Strong ownership mindset with project management capability.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers and service to boost reliability.
• Drive Quality Management System compliance & sustainability to AS9100.
• Develop & improve KPIs for Quality across product quality.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate quality and reliability with suppliers, manufacturing and field.
• Support and improve internal tracking tools for supplier incoming, manufacturing in-process, and field quality issues.
• Lead investigations, initiatives and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support development and sustainability of raw material supplier inspection and incoming inspection program.
• Support MRB activities and supplier evaluation and qualification.
• Containment, audit and disposition of defective material.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the product roadmap with production for quality requirements.
