Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Quality Systems Engineer, Maritime to own the end-to-end AS9100 quality management system across the Maritime Division. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace/defense quality management.
• Experience with AS9100 certification and surveillance audits.
• Multi-site or multi-scope QMS experience.
• Strong CAPA, internal auditing and management review knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Maritime Division’s AS9100 QMS and audit readiness across all sites.
• Design and implement a multi-site QMS architecture for cross-product lines.
• Lead third-party and customer audits; coordinate site readiness and findings closure.
• Harmonize quality processes across sites while accommodating site-specific needs.
• Identify and mitigate QMS gaps as new products/sites come online.
• Oversee CAPA across all sites and track trends for continual improvement.
• Deliver AS9100 training and foster a culture of quality across the division.
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality, site leadership, and production teams.
