Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead cross-functional quality programs, ensuring AS9100 compliance and defect-free shipments. Location in Lexington/MA with relocation to Waltham, MA. Candidates will drive QA processes, KPIs, and CAPA across design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace/defense quality, ISO 9001/AS9100 experience, and familiarity with FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP and GD&T. Eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers and service to improve reliability across the product lifecycle.
• Lead AS9100 certification and sustainment.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for product quality across the value stream.
• Implement data-driven assessment of quality and reliability (suppliers, manufacturing, field).
• Maintain and improve supplier incoming, in-process, and field quality tracking tools.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA activities with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support incoming inspection and MRB processes for quality control.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers for performance and compliance.
• Contain and disposition any quality escapes or defective materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the product roadmap with production quality controls.
