Job summary

Anduril Industries in Lexington, MA (relocating to Waltham) seeks a Senior Product Quality Engineer to ensure manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance protocols in a regulated environment.

You will apply expertise in quality systems, IS0 9001/AS9100, FMEA, RCCA/8D, and statistical methods to drive improvements, supplier quality, and preventive actions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field required.
• 5+ years with OEM suppliers and manufacturing ops building complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments; knowledge of quality core tools (FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, suppliers, service and field support to improve reliability across product lifecycle.
• Drive QMS compliance & sustainability to AS9100.
• Develop and improve KPIs for quality across product quality.
• Use data-driven approach to evaluate and track quality and reliability (suppliers, manufacturing, field).
• Lead investigations and corrective/preventive actions with internal and supplier teams.
• Support supplier incoming and in-process quality and MRB activities.
• Contribute to supplier evaluation, qualification and performance.
