Job summary

Sysco seeks a Corporate Project Manager to lead national and regional development and execution of operations projects in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will partner with the SSMG VP of Continuous Improvement and Corporate Construction & Engineering teams to drive ROI, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in food production, manufacturing, and distribution design.
• Experience in driving operational efficiencies and throughput through site layout and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-centric and associate-focused mindset to drive development and execution of projects.
• Work with vendors and/or general contractors to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and plant flow.
• Develop, plan, and execute capital projects and monitor ROI.
• Utilize industry best practices, methods, and standards to execute projects.
• Support safety initiatives and training with EHS.
• Ensure inspections and audits are completed on time with detailed records.
• Adjust department activities to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee budget management including labor, benefits, assets, and depreciation.
• Collaborate with national and local vendors to establish working relationships and deliverables.
