Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing methods, sequences, and processes for parts and assemblies.
• Analyzes and resolves manufacturing and engineering problems.
• Designs production operation sequences and specifies tooling and equipment procedures.
• Collaborates with product design engineering on technical specifications to optimize equipment use.
• Investigates non-conformances and justifies dispositions of drawings and specifications.
• Estimates manufacturing costs and determines time standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains manufacturing records and reporting systems.
• Performs supplier audits to ensure conforming products are delivered.
