Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. seeks a Project/Program Manager to coordinate multiple projects in the Manufacturing BU, ensuring they meet budget, scope and schedule. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans, leading the project teams through the full lifecycle.

You will manage resources, track progress, and report status to leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills, PMP certification (or pursuit), and experience with ERP/IFS or SAP and CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development and/or manufacturing environment.
• PMP Certification or prepared to actively pursue.
• 3+ Years’ demonstrated Project Management ability in a manufacturing or construction industry.
• Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP preferred) and CAD systems(AutoCad preferred).
• Very strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Communication—Lead and communicate with their teams as well as stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of their assigned projects.
• Organization and Time Management—Organize and delegate tasks across the project teams to ensure the successful execution of their assigned projects.
• Ensure that project costs are controlled at/below budget, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Problem Solving and Adaptability—Understand how to resolve issues and adapt their projects creatively to avoid off plan performance.
• Motivation and Team Management—Ensure stakeholders and team members stay focused and motivated throughout the project’s lifecycle.
