Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Program Delivery Director to own and deliver large-scale, multi-site programs from concept to scaled production. You will manage P&L, coordinate IPLT members, and ensure customer satisfaction across sites, driving profitability and strategic outcomes.

This role requires a strong track record in aerospace/defense or industrial manufacturing, with 8–15+ years of leadership experience and exposure to ERP systems and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 8–12 years of general management, operations, or business leadership roles.
• Experience managing P&L for programs or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own complete program P&L and drive profitability.
• Lead multi-site Integrated Program Leadership Team (IPLT).
• Coordinate resources across member companies during programs.
• Drive customer relationships and manage strategic collaboration.
• Oversee multi-site execution and design-to-production transitions.
• Ensure stage-gate processes and resource forecasting.
• Build high-performing teams and manage supplier relations.
