Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing programs from planning through execution.
• Drive schedules, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and overall program performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program health, financials, resource requirements, and key milestones.
• Manage change requests, contract compliance, invoicing, and program documentation.
• Partner closely with manufacturing leadership to resolve production challenges and achieve delivery goals.
