Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive program roadmap and detailed schedules for the factory build, identifying critical dependencies between construction, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Budget & CapEx Management: Prepare and manage the multi‑million dollar capital expenditure budget, tracking project costs and analyzing variances to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment on facility infrastructure and manufacturing design.
  • Equipment & Facility Commissioning: Oversee the development of equipment specifications, manage vendor relationships, and lead the final commissioning of the factory for production ramp‑up.
  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify potential project delays or risks (e.g., supply chain gaps, regulatory hurdles) and develop robust mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing clear status reports on milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
  • Regulatory & Quality Standards: Ensure the new facility complies with all safety, environmental, and industry‑specific regulations (e.g., OSHA, cGMP, or ISO).
