• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a background leading large-scale manufacturing programs from concept through completion? We're seeking a strategic leader who can oversee cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, drive financial performance, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.

What We're Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting fabrication, welding, shipbuilding, heavy industrial manufacturing, or defense programs
• Knowledge of IFS ERP, Power BI, and Smartsheet
• Experience working with NAVSEA programs, standards, or customers is a major plus
