Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager II in Houston to lead one or more production departments and drive safe, on-time, and within-budget execution of modular manufacturing projects.

You will manage Production Supervisors and direct labor, and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Logistics. The role emphasizes improving flow, productivity, and cost efficiency while maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance with plant policies and ISO-like

Qualifications

Heavy mechanical background experience with pumps, motors, process piping, valves, skid-based units, process skids, instrumentation.
7-10 years technical experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
5+ years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel.
Ability to communicate issues and solutions with project engineers.

Responsibilities

Leads multiple manufacturing facility operations to ensure completion of projects within budget and in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manages and develops Production Supervisors, leads, and direct labor teams; coaches and builds leadership capability.
Drives performance through labor utilization, productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency.
Participates in hiring, onboarding, performance management, recognition, and employee development in partnership with Human Resources.
Executes operational priorities and strategic initiatives as directed by the Director of Operations.
