Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and operational best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations and cost reduction efforts across facilities.
• Oversee production across multiple facilities to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality performance.
• Optimize production workflows, assembly methods, and processes to boost productivity and throughput.
• Lead capital equipment planning, facility layout improvements, and ROI analysis.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, training, and development.
• Establish KPIs, targets, and quality objectives with accountability for results.
• Develop and communicate production metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure projects and budgets are completed on schedule and within approved budgets.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation based on forecasts and backlog.
• Foster a culture of EHS, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
