Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer - Manufacturing Process to design, develop and optimize processes for PCBA and related assemblies, targeting quality, cost and on-time delivery.

You will lead manufacturing process development for new customer products, implement Design for Manufacturability (DFX) and conduct DOE studies to improve yields and reliability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing process development for PCBA/PCB.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Lead the development and release of full manufacturing processes for new products.
• Evaluate customer requirements and implement DFx practices to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Plan DOE-based assessments to measure process capability and yield.
• Communicate critical technical and business issues to management.
