Job summary

firstPRO 360 is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and safety across our Georgia operations. You will drive design, standardization, and capital projects from concept through implementation.

You will apply Lean methods, develop capacity models, own FMEAs and SOPs, and provide technical direction to shop floor and quality teams. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5–10 years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5–10 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong CAD, GD&T, and tooling development background.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate manufacturing processes with tooling/equipment suppliers.
• Drive standardization through benchmarking and core competency teams.
• Lead problem-solving, feasibility studies, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage capital budgets and site capital projects.
• Develop capacity models and optimize workforce/equipment layout.
• Own FMEAs, SOPs, and APQP documentation.
• Provide technical direction to shop floor and quality teams.
• Support cost estimating, VA/VE initiatives, and technical presentations.
