Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
1 year of manufacturing engineering experience (including internships/co-ops).
Experience with sheet metal fabrication, assembly operations, or discrete manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
Analyze processes and develop solutions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, visual management, Kanban).
Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementations.
Develop and manage capital projects from concept to implementation.
Maintain layouts, work instructions, and change records; troubleshoot issues.
