Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support precision navigation instrument assembly in a Woodland Hills, CA production environment. The role emphasizes process ownership, equipment integration, and lean manufacturing practices on-site.

The candidate will work with design, quality, and shop-floor teams, driving improvements and sustaining high quality in a fast-paced aerospace setting. Onsite responsibilities and strong collaboration are essential.

Formación

• BS in STEM and at least 5 years engineering experience; 3 years with a Masters; 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience preparing presentations and briefing Operations leadership on process status, actions and timelines.
• Experience working as part of an integrated team including technicians and engineers.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US citizenship for security clearance.
