Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Senior Industrial and Process Engineer - Manufacturing in Milwaukee to lead strategic manufacturing initiatives from design through production. You will design lines, develop production plans, and guide cross-functional teams to improve throughput, quality, and safety.

The role requires seven+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering and a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with emphasis on process optimization and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial/manufacturing/process engineering environments.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize assembly lines, manufacturing cells, and workstations to improve throughput, ergonomics, safety, quality, and material flow.
• Develop manufacturing plans in parallel with product development activities for production readiness.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and automation to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and KPI development.
