Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Senior Industrial and Process Engineer - Manufacturing in Milwaukee to serve as a strategic technical leader across Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations. You will design and optimize lines, develop production-ready plans with development teams, and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

You will mentor engineering staff, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, manage capital projects, and help shape manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Process Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial/manufacturing/process engineering environments.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing process improvements or facility optimization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Experience mentoring engineers, technicians, or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize assembly lines, cells, and workstations to improve throughput, ergonomics, safety, quality, and flow.
• Develop manufacturing plans in parallel with product development for readiness.
• Create and maintain process docs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and related methodologies.
• Support capacity planning, labor analysis, line balancing, and KPI development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve challenges and mentor engineering teams.
• Execute projects including vendor management, capital planning, and manufacturing strategy.
