Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Engineering or Physics required.
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects, coordinating resources to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Conduct R&D and write technical reports to resolve complex engineering problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish operating procedures for new products.
• Use data to define and implement design changes and test equipment to ensure product quality.
• Evaluate innovations that improve quality, reduce cycle time, and enhance operational reliability.
• Interact with design agencies and suppliers to resolve design and production issues.

Education

Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited program in Engineering or Physics
