Job summary

McKinstry in Spokane, WA is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead day-to-day operations of its Offsite Manufacturing facility. You will drive safe, efficient, and quality production of modular products meeting schedules.

You will set operational direction, lead continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Value Stream Management, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver predictable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing leadership and plant operations.
• 3+ years managing a production facility.
• Lean, QMS knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned facility and value streams.
• Set operational direction and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Value Stream Management, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
