Job summary

McKinstry is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead QC/QA across our offsite manufacturing facilities in Seattle. You will guide QA programs, drive process improvements, and align with business objectives within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

This role requires extensive experience in manufacturing QA/QC, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2015, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable quality results and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of manufacturing/construction services experience.
• Minimum eight years of quality control/quality assurance experience.
• Minimum ten years of team or project management experience.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC/QA efforts across manufacturing facilities to meet annual goals.
• Develop and coordinate the annual Quality Assurance Plan with stakeholders.
• Coach and train across regions on QA/QC objectives and Lean concepts.
• Maintain the Quality Management System health with senior management.
• Write and review QA procedures and policies for cross-functional alignment.
• Provide QA/QC training using Procore and CxAlloy.
