Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain is strongly desired, although a combination of education and related work experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand current production processes with plant colleagues.
• Communicate schedule adherence to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Functional Organization, the Project Management Organization, Customers, and Vendors.
• Maintain supporting processes for customer specifications such as customer supplied materials, test reports, etc.
• Manage stakeholder communication portals- Strategic Project Solutions, BIM360, etc.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer during production meetings.
• Support the Logistics team with Authorizations to Ship, Material Ship List communication, and Ship-To Party information.
• Lead Customer Factory Witness Tests and Drive any Punch List Items to completion.
