Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience (preferred).
• At least 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand current production processes with plant colleagues.
• Communicate schedule adherence to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Functional Organization, the Project Management Organization, Customers, and Vendors.
• Maintain supporting processes for customer specifications such as customer supplied materials, test reports, etc
• Manage interested party communication portals - Strategic Project Solutions, BIM360, etc
• Act as the Voice of the Customer during production meetings.
• Support the Logistics team with Authorizations to Ship, Material Ship List communication, and Ship-To Party information
• Lead Customer Factory Witness Tests and drive any Punch List Items to completion
