Job summary

Siemens seeks a seasoned Project Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth area to lead a high-visibility construction and integration project. The role requires on-site presence during execution with travel; planning may allow some remote work.

You will coordinate with architects, Real Estate, procurement, SAP, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years including direct industry experience.
• Experience applying project management concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills to store critical files (emails, contracts, schedules, meeting minutes).
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for a highly visible project in the Dallas/FW area.
• Coordinate construction, procurement, SAP systems, and master data; plan/hire/train; equipment procurement/installation; layout planning and execution.
• Own project with minimal upper-management intervention and manage timelines/budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders through meetings and progress reports; provide budget summaries.
