Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for our Tampa, FL facility. You will direct manufacturing, assembly, production and inventory control, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes budgeting, cost control and continuous improvement across engineering, quality and purchasing functions. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in manufacturing leadership; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Management/Operations or related field.
• 7+ years progressive leadership in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience budgeting/expense management and basic financial practices.
• Experience with global companies and managing relationships with US headquarters.
• Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience applying lean tools (Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
• Knowledge of safety systems and enforcing safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for day-to-day operation of the facility including manufacturing, assembly, production and inventory control.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Review production schedules to meet inventory targets with maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate hiring and training of operations personnel.
• Remove production constraints and allocate resources to achieve goals.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and 6S program.
