Job summary

CIRCOR International, a leader in missioncritical flow control, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role focuses on Assembly, Test, and Repairs, with occasional CNC and weld shop oversight.

Six Sigma and lean manufacturing experience are valued for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge management and shop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering technologies or related field preferred or substantial work experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing or work center environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Assembly, Test, and Repairs operations.
• Provide regular performance feedback to employees.
• Improve efficiency and staff capabilities through procedures.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives across the shop floor.
• Enforce company policies and manage disciplinary actions.
