Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10+ years’ transformation/strategy/operations/finance experience; PE/consulting preferred.
• Proven success leading complex initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into executable transformation plans with clear milestones.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and governance.
• Deliver capacity unlocks, throughput improvements, and backlog conversion in Tampa.
• Provide executive reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, Finance.
