Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group is seeking a Production and Process Manager for Cresco Operations to lead manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement. You will drive lean initiatives, manage KPI performance, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet customer commitments.

This on-site, full-time role requires a BA/BS in Engineering and 10+ years in discrete manufacturing, with strong leadership, Six Sigma, and ERP/Lean expertise. Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant manufacturing operations and safety programs.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
• Plan daily/monthly production to meet KPI targets and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to optimize cost and scheduling.
• Develop and implement standard work for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach the operations team toward high performance culture.
• Lead cross-functional HPWS teams to foster ownership and problem solving.
• Manage communications across departments to align goals and outcomes.
• Drive cost reductions through effective systems and processes.
• Support New Product Development with design-to-cost inputs.
