Job summary

The position requires a degree in Business Management or related fields, alongside a proven track record in Lean methodologies. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating and implementing Lean transformations.
• Proven proficiency in Lean methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff in Lean practices.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects.
• Facilitate training in Continuous Improvement concepts.
