• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Discrete manufacturing experience in low volume, high mix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program development and behavioral safety initiatives.
• Drive lean production and continuous improvement to improve productivity, quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute production plans and KPIs, manage capacity and costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Product Management and Finance to improve performance.
• Coach and develop operations team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage budgets and drive cost reductions across the plant.
