Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering within a precision manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in precision CNC manufacturing.
• Expert-level proficiency in CAD/CAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians.
• Own manufacturing process design and optimization.
• Drive structured problem solving for engineering challenges.
• Serve as the site’s technical escalation point.

CAD/CAM systems (Autodesk, SolidWorks, Mastercam)

PLC programming

Lean manufacturing
