• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in relevant experience and 5+ years in management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies across key value streams, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people accountability.
• Establish direction and daily priorities for Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, OpEx and other support functions.
• Drive manufacturing performance to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on customer demand, new product introductions, equipment performance, and material availability.
• Manage operational budgets and administrative processes.
• Provide recommendations on capital investments and direct/indirect labor requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce.
