Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and understanding of SQDCC.
• Proven understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and drive production employees in the value stream to meet commitments.
• Lead daily production activities and plan performance operations using Plant MDI boards.
• Foster continuous improvement by eliminating waste and involving employees in problem-solving.
