Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, engineering, or program management experience.
• Advanced degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Develop KPI dashboards and utilize data analytics to support decisions.
• Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure compliance while improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
