• Lead Site Operations, Plant Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, EHS & Process Safety.
• Deliver safe, reliable and competitive manufacturing across multiple sites.
• Drive standardized operating systems, asset capability and performance metrics.
• Align execution with enterprise strategy, customer demand and network decisions.
• Support profitability and enterprise performance as part of the leadership team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, or related field

Graduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
