Job summary

Talnt seeks an Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead safe, efficient production across multiple sites with hands-on floor presence and close partnership with senior leadership to execute priorities.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee scheduling, equipment, and quality, and coach frontline leaders to strengthen accountability and performance while ensuring GMP compliance and cross-functional alignment with Quality, R&D, and HR.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on leadership in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and frontline teams.
• Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and maintain floor presence.
• Translate strategy and schedules into clear expectations for managers up to frontline staff.
• Oversee processes, equipment, material flow, and line performance across product lines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in throughput and quality.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, communication, and performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR and leadership.
• Support safety, GMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
